Dry Bulk Equipment
Within our Dry Bulk equipment division we offer a wide range of options. We work closely with the CIMBRIA group and all standard conveying and elevating Equipment. We also work with other manufacturers and Suppliers for the handling of Grains and Cereals as well as offering Bespoke Solutions from within our own Technology Group. For these all other products we design and build our own Conveying Equipment. We also Design and Build Loading and Unloading Equipment. No Two Ports are similar, so one needs to be flexible to meet all client's individual needs. We can safely say we can offer to our client's something tailor made to their specific requirements as opposed to something off a standard list. This, we feel, is what makes our service so unique and attractive. Ship/Bulk Loaders/Stackers
We design and supply ship/bulk loaders for a wide range of products and applications. We offer mobile, rail mounted or stationery units, again to meet the customers needs and to allow for all possible scenarios and port layouts.
Ship Unloaders
Within our Ship Unloader Section we offer many variations. The units can be simple open ended Hoppers up to fully Aspirated Self Drive Dockside Mobile Loaders (DML). We can offer units that are Rail Mounted (RML) or Pneumatic Tyre Mounted (DML).
Conveying Equipment
We offer a wide range of Conveying Equipment for Dry Bulk Cargos. We work with CIMBRIA, and others, for the supply of Conveyors and Elevators up to capacity of 1000tph for Grains and Cereals, plus all necessary Seed Processing Equipment, be it cleaning, drying, weighing etc.
Bespoke Manufacturing
The Group has a team of experienced Engineers that are skilled in problem solving. Buttimer has the ability to design task specific products to meet all our clients needs. The Group has been instrumental in undertaking 'firsts' - the development of unique complex solutions to problems not encountered before!
Stainless Steel Manufacture
We can offer in stainless steel the following items:Tanks, Pressure vessels, platforming and piping.
