Storage

We can offer Silo Storage, Flat Storage and Open Stacking Storage. With regard to Silos we can offer a variety of Flat Bottom Bins ranging from 50m³ up to 19,700m³, and Hopper Bottom Bins from 55m³ to 1,677m³. There are more than Twenty different Diameters to suit all needs. The Silos are manufactured from Corrugated Steel and are manufactured to either DIN 1055 or ANSI/ASAE(2001) standards with a minimum zinc coating of 450g/m². With regard to the Unloading of Silos we can offer a wide range of capacities and methods.Be it Sweep Augers or Hydroscrews all depending on the products that are to be handled and their characteristics. Finally with our automated jacking system we canerect quickly and efficiently silos from the smallest to the biggest.

Within Flat Storage, the limit we can offer is based onour clients needs, in other words nothing too small or nothing too large. Wealways work closely with local Civil Contractors to complete all concrete works. With regard to loading the Flat Store, numerous combinations and arrangements can be offered, be it Shuttle Conveyor, Mobile Stacking Conveyors, Belt Conveyor complete with Discharge Cars but again this very much depends on the clients requirements,needs and the characteristics of the products being handled. With regard to the Unloading of the Stores, again there are many options, such as, Horizontal Reclaimers, Hyrdoscrews, Vibrating Mats or simply Front end Loaders. Again we suit client's needs.

Finally we can offer Open Stacking Storage, fed by our Radial Telescopic Stackers or simple Stationery Conveyors
