About The Project
In house process design of material flow including integration to existing material handling system and flat store.
Increased capacity of existing bulk feed capacity by 20,000 tons (4 x 5000 ton silo bins) with conveyor handling system at 1000 TPH.
Detailed design, supply, installation and commissioning of an new intake bay, 2 x flat store bays, outloading bay, silo bins and enclosed conveying and elevator system.
Associated civil and structural, electrical and instrumentation elements including weighers, gantries, motors, drivers, access and escape stairs and all necessary electrical, dust filtration and instrument installations.
