Design, fabricate and install Bespoke machine flue for a Pharma Site.

Supply and install a new stainless-steel flue comprising 2no walls, 1200mm diameter inner wall, 1500mm diameter outer wall tapering to a hood over a furnace approx. 1900mm x 1900mm. The flue is approximately 3000mm long in total, its lowest point 6500mm up from the floor, protruding through the roof at its highest. The cavity between the inner and outer walls is to be filled with insulation. Include for all necessary temporary weathering, support steelwork, brackets, fixings, fittings, sealants etc. Include for all preparatory works to existing surfaces to cater for the installation of the stainless-steel flue. Extra over for stays to support/brace the flue.

• Complete design of bespoke 316L Stainless Steel Flue to suit client requirements.
• Fabricate (Including insulation & cladding] of Stainless-Steel Hue and flue support arm system.
• Fabricate of support and secondary steel.
• Installation of stainless-steel flue onsite during client shutdown.
