Description of Services provided:
BUILD PHASE NO 1
Teeside Biomass Power Station in Teeside Port, UK (299 MW)
The largest wood pellet powered plant in the UK and one of the largest in the world.
- Installation of 1,600 vibrating motorised panel in the floor systems of 16 Bulk Storage Silos.
- Installation of 20 belt conveyors with total length of over 2km for loading and unloading 16 bulk handling silos.
- Installation of approx. 5,000 tons of steel work to support bulk handling system.
- Installation of 4 x bulk storage silos.
- Preassembly off-site of silo gallery sections and installation of same at height of 40m via tandem lifts.
- Installation of secondary steelwork including platforms & access steel.
- Currently on site carrying out ongoing systems completion, facility upgrades and maintenance works.
