Senior Management Team

Fergal is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Buttimer Engineering, having taken over the reigns following the retirement of his father Eddie in 2012.

Michael is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the University of Limerick. He has been with Buttimer Engineering for over 25 years, in various engineering and project management roles.

Denis has over 25 years’ experience in the Quality and Supply Chain Management field, first gaining a diploma from the Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management before receiving his diploma in Supply Chain Management from UCC.

Cian is a Operations / Contracts Coordinator with direct responsibility for project oversight on behalf of the CEO, governance, project auditing, development of processes / procedures and ensuring operational uniformity between our offices & sites in the Ireland, UK and Poland.

Sean is Buttimer Engineering’s senior engineer having been with the company for a number of decades.

Declan is an experienced manager responsible for Sales and Business Development at Buttimer Engineering.

Tom joined Buttimer Engineering as Financial Controller in 2021 and leads the Finance function. He is responsible for financial reporting and planning, audit, tax compliance and administration.

David is a recent addition to the Buttimer Senior Management Team. He brings over 30 years of experience and expertise from the construction and engineering sector.
