Buttimer Engineering provides a unique equipment installation and commissioning service to its clients that frequently comprises of combining bespoke specialist equipment designed and manufactured by Buttimer’s, with more straightforward bought in equipment and ancillary components. Buttimer Engineering’s equipment installation and commissioning expertise spans from, positioning a 500 tonne material press – to installing a SCADA controlled diverter valve, with the main benefit to customers being the integrated solution we provide.
Following installation, we undertake the Commissioning phase, which is a quality-focused process, verifying and documenting that the equipment and all its systems and sub-assemblies were planned, designed, manufactured, installed, tested, and can be operated, and maintained, in a safe manner to meet the standards and objectives of the project. We manage both pre and final commissioning processes to ensure our client’s expectations are met, risk mitigation dealt with, and fully functioning operational equipment is handed over.
